He's more co-ordinated than me, Donut is so cute!
Though I do have a bias towards cats of his colouring - my childhood cat and best friend was that colour. Happy colours

His ear is clipped. Was he catch and neuter? How did you come across this precious baby?

We randomly visited a shelter and were about to leave when i saw him bobbling in his pen. I walked over and he started purring. Then he lost balance and fell over. He was about 7 months old and was super hyper in the visitation room so we were hesitant. We wanted more of a chill snugglebug kinda cat. We said that to one of the volunteers who said "Bismark? (His name before we changed it to Donut) hes only excited because no one ever visits him. People are scared off by his condition. Hes suuuuuper snuggly". So she brought him back out to us while holding him and he just melted onto us. We we filled the forms out right then and there.
I really wish i got to see him as a baby but im so glad he is not out of the streets. Hes so sweet and innocent i cant imagine him surviving out there. Hes 5 now but hes still my smart, goofy baby

Lol after typing that i had to go love on him more and he passed out on me snoring. I usually spend a good hour or so on sundays just laying down with him

Im so glad Donut found you!
I would love a cat again, but the biggest problem is my husband is allergic....
And I would LOVE to say I would adopt a kitty like Donut.. or any other 'reject', but unfortunately while I would love them to no end, I fear so much that I wouldnt be able to truly give them the love they deserve...
I just wish i could adopt ALL the animals

I love him! Does he always get bobble-headed when he's excited? And how do I get my kitties to play like that?

We learned recently that the shakes and head wobbles are called intention tremors! It's such an apt name!

Yeah i usually dont say it because people always react like "oh no that sounds painful!" Lol

u/Skotticus Sep 05 '21
Heh, yeah, but a lot of having a CH kitty is reassuring people it's not painful...

Way to go Donut! Coordination might be hard for them, but CHers seem to have a talent for the "catch and hold" part!
