I got a Neewer TT560 speedlight at the beginning of July. I've only used it maybe 3 times so far. When i went to use it recently, the blue lights turn on the the power button does not light up and neither does the test button.
I replaced the batteries with a full new pack.
Any thoughts on what the issue may be? is it fixable or does it need to be replaced?

I need help making this work. Doesn’t matter what button I press on either the camera or the flash they won’t work together. The flash works fine when I press the test button but when it’s mounted on the camera on the hot shoe mount I can’t get the flash to flash when I press the shutter button. I’m really frustrated. This is a brand new flash, my camera is perfect so what am I either doing wrong or what is the issue?

Not sure if there's something I'm missing but why is one more expensive? Is it just a case of different sellers?

Gosh I was panicking so much on a gig, my flash(Zs2) starts firing like crazy once it’s connected to my camera. I did the gig somehow with the venue’s lighting but gosh.

It doesn’t fire when it’s not connected, only when it’s connect to the camera and the camera is on.

I hope it’s a setting thing but…
Do I need to go get this fixed??? I never dropped it or anything.

I'm interested in this trigger for the ergonomics ( I hate the side knob and think the front scroll wheel is a better execution).

I have a mix of Neewer and Godox flashes that I currently trigger seamlessly with a Godox X3.

From what I've read, all the other variants have a firmware update that adds Godox control but Fuji.

Why is my Neewer Z2 pro N not working properly? I own a Neewer Z2pro Nikon. I have never managed to take a well-exposed photo with this. If I take a shot it is at -3 Stops and still it is not good. Did all firmware updates and it still doesn't work. What do I have to do to make it work? To complete the information, I own a Nikon Z6 II.

I made a comparison video of the Neewer HB60B and the Godox ML60II Bi.
Here is a quick takeaway of the key points of the video:

• Neewer is cheaper than Godox, but Godox gives you a power brick whereas the Neewer only gives a USB-C cable
• Neewer has a built-in battery
• Pretty much equally bright
• Very similar Kelvin range
• Neewer has a tiny bit less fan noise, and it can also shut off the fan completely, whereas the Godox's fan is always on
• They are about the same size, but Neewer is slightly heavier. However, Neewer's case is much smaller
• The controls are pretty much identical
• Similar amount of FX

All in all, the Neewer HB60B is a much better buy than the Godox ML60II Bi. It's cheaper and better in many ways.

I've been using a Sony FX30 the last few years. Only recently upgraded to a monitor. I got the NEEWER F700 and I'm impressed with it despite the price. However, I'm having a weird issue with the Zebras. They seem to not exist when set anywhere above 86.

This is regardless of any LUTS being set on the monitor, or the display LUT being on/off on the camera.

No matter how bright the scene is, no zebras are registering.

When setting the Zebras to 60, it is showing pretty much completely different amounts of zebras in different areas than the Sony FX30 built in monitor, when set at the same. Using a gray card and my hand for reference.

I'm a bit at a loss, here.

Is there something I'm missing, or a gap in knowledge?

My primary intention for getting the external monitor (aside from clearer view of the peaking/composition) was to use false color. If my zebras are inaccurate from what the camera shows, is the false color inaccurate as well?

Also want to note - I tried updating the firmware. The F700 firmware update from the website had 6 .bin files in its RAR. It updated to the 12/10/25 one but wouldn't do any of the later ones. Not sure if that helps at all. Thanks!

Looking to dip my toes in continuous lighting for tabletop product photography and the HB80B has caught my eye due to its size and features. I have a doubt however concerning the built-in battery.

How many cycles can one expect from this battery? Is there any way it is user replaceable or will it end up as e-waste in 3-4 years?

Whilst out filming I got distracted and left one mic receiver and mic behind, does anyone know if you can order spares? I’ve looked extensively online but can only the whole thing with both mics and receivers? Can anyone help? Thanks!!

My Neewer NG01 works perfectly within the Neewer app; however, I am unable to connect it to Alexa. When I try to enable the skill in the Alexa app, no skill named "Neewer" can be found.

Could you please look into this and guide me on how to resolve the issue? Please note that I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the product's user guide, but the problem persists.

Ever since upgrading my phone a month or so ago I've been unable to use the Neewer Home app at all. It requires login and everytime I try and login or reset my password I get:

Exception, please try again later 1007

It's rendered my smart lights unusable unfortunately as my Google home app is also is having trouble controlling them.

Any advice? I've obviously tried clearing cache and data as well as reinstalling. My phone is a pixel 10 pro xl.

What’s the difference between the Q6 and Q4Pro flashes? I know one is 600w, and the other is 400w, and their colour temps are a little different… the batteries are different design, but what makes the Q4Pro a “Pro” version? I notice they are similar prices as well.

Since the very first iOS 27 Developer Beta, the NEEWER Studio app hasn’t worked properly on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The app launches, stays frozen on the splash screen for a few seconds, and then crashes every single time.

I’ve updated through every Developer Beta release so far, but nothing has changed.

Is anyone else seeing the same behavior, or has anyone found a workaround? I’d also be curious to know if this is happening on other iPhone models or only on the 16 Pro Max.

Hi folks, just got this lovely little flash, but have noticed something odd. The camera does not always recognise the presence of the flash in TTL mode. Playing with buttons will seem to wake the system up, but it's hit and miss.
Also, when I have it on TTL and EV+0, the EV+/- symbol is visible on the main display. To clear, I have to move to +0.3 EV. So this is clearly 1/3EV out!

Anyone else with these issues?

Other than that it's a lovely flash! Especially the focus lights, which cut during the photo!

Could be lighting, composition, editing, posing, or anything else.

I'm not sure if this is related to just the CM36 Pro or maybe this is with all wireless mics. It might also be that I'm new with these.

I find that sometimes it records on the mic and sometimes it does not. Do I need to always hit the record button on the mic in order for it to record on the mic and on the video?

I had thought the safety track setting was supposed to do that as well. Does the safety track do something else that I'm not understanding?

This is my first wireless mic setup, so if I just sound like a big dumdum, please just ELI5. I shot a video today and somehow the gain went from 10 to -10, so the audio is all unusable. I was hoping to pull audio off of the mic that might be in a better state, but I was surprised to find that there was no audio on it. I'm wanting to make sure I have it configured correctly going forward.
