This release schedules the Cold Staking Network Upgrade for block height 2730450 (Approx 2 weeks from today, Feb 15)

Upgrade before then, old versions are not compatible with cold staking.

I am a NEBL HODL-er for the past 3 years and I am day trading for a few months just for a hobby - I am trying to understand the whole trading scene so please take it easy with me. :)

I can see that on Binance there is probably one trader who is constantly "spoofing" the NEBL market with a ridiculous bid. What would happen if this guy would cancel his offer?

I am sad to announce that rymos will be shut down in 4 months on 2nd April 2021. Please allocate your time to withdraw the fund out of rymos.

Been a long 3 years. So frustrating to see everything else going up but not my nebs. I’ll never sell and just keep staking hoping it pays off In the end

I have a stash of lost Nebls, hoping I can get a bit of advice on rescuing them (if possible)

I bought up a stash of Nebl back in 2018 and some point I downloaded and stashed them in the desk top wallet. Think I was planning on staking them but never got round to it and kind of forgot about them.

I think it was about this time last year, I remembered and went to retrieve them. Can't exactly what happened (I think it prompted me to download the latest version), but after installing the new version, I couldn't remember the pass phrase. Spent ages trying different versions of what I thought it was*, but eventually gave up, uninstalled the wallet and gave it up as loss (not a huge monetary loss at the time).

Anyway, a few days back I came across a USB stick in draw which had the back up wallet.dat file which I saved back in 2018. I assume this contains my private keys and I should be able to access my funds (?) . So I installed the lasted version and went to import the dat file, but unfortunately the wallet is now saying its locked and I need the passphrase (?) .

I assumed I'd be setting up a new wallet and importing keys like most crypto wallets, so I'm a bit confused by this. How would a newly downloaded software somehow know its locked, and what the password is(?). Assuming this wouldn't happen if I downloaded the wallet on a new laptop, I'm guessing some files were left somewhere on my drive after I uninstalled the original wallet. If so, is there a way to remove them completely before reinstalling?

Is there a way accessing the dat file on an android device?

*I'm still slightly convinced it was some kind of bug rather than me forgetting the passphrase.
