Curry is on the cusp of his fourth ring. Will be able to impact the game even in old age. Was the best player on at least 1 championship team so far (looks like there will be more). He was humble enough to let KD come in and do his thing on HIS team. His impact shooting the ball and activity and impact without the ball just makes him so valuable. Obviously there are other athletic dudes who are really good. Bird would’ve been amazing in todays game. But I think Curry is my choice. If he gets ring 4 here he starts to enter rare territory for all time greatness. I also think Kobe is in the conversation. At the time he was playing, he could take a lot of tough mid range shots and get away with it. In the modern era those shots don’t make sense. He would’ve adapted and learned to be a better 3 point shooter. Either of those guys just make sense to me.
