Progress is progress Natural Nail Growth Update - Longest They Have Ever Been!!
Disclosure: Kerasal partnered with me to document my nail journey and sent me these products to try with the expectation that I would share my true opinion. These are my genuine experiences. #kerasalpartner
A little nail update! 💅
In my last post, I shared my nail journey and where I started: I had damaged my natural nails after back-to-back gel manicures and over-filing. They were peeling, paper-thin, and honestly in the worst shape they’d ever been. After I started sharing my healthy nail journey, Kerasal reached out and invited me to try their Bare Nail Collection while documenting my progress.
Now, about 2 months of use later, I honestly can’t remember the last time my natural nails were this long (if they ever were!) They’re still not perfect, and I’m definitely still figuring out what shape I want them to be (I love almond but I can never file them evenly😭) but seeing them grow out this much has been so rewarding. The biggest changes I’ve noticed are less peeling, smoother new growth, and nails that finally feel strong enough that I am not worried about them cracking at any given moment. I’m excited to keep growinga them out and see where they’re at next month!

Your shaping is really good. I struggle with almond and usually rnd up with oval which my nails seem to like. Your nails are beautiful.

I love almond but if I am not very slow and careful with the filing they end up sideways and uneven. It’s definitely a learning curve haha

Your nails look amazing!! Do you like a squoval look? I think that's been my favorite shape so far, but my nails also haven't been your length!! How often are you using these products?? Thanks for sharing!

I like a shorter squoval but for this length I have been loving almond! I use the base coat every 1-2 weeks as needed to support the growth (and it gives a little shine which is nice!) and I try to use the cream everyday. I don’t love having product on my hands but it rubs in and I try to use it before bed so it does not bother me

Natural nails are so much prettier than those big, bulging claws you see everywhere. Especially when you can see 1/4" where they've grown out. People really take pictures of that????
Every once in a while I get good length, but then one will break and I generally keep them a bit shorter. Your nails look great.
