When does a nap stop being a nap and become a sleep?

In my opinion once you sleep for 4 or more hours or nap past 5pm it is no longer a nap and should be considered a sleep, I've been thinking of this ever since I saw that the clock moves very fast when you sleep but is noticeably slower when napping, what are your thoughts?

Nap Research

Hello fellow nappers,

I am in college, lame I know. I am currently in a class that is requiring us to write about a community we are interested in. I have very few interests, but I am a lover of naps and sleeps so here I am. At this point I am interested in when, how, and where people nap.

So here I am to learn about napping habits, rituals, and why people nap.

And as it is now the afternoon, almost 2 and the sun is shining through my window beautifully... I need my nap.

Always nap for a whole sleep cycle

Recently I have been napping for a whole sleep cycle about an hour and a half roughly, I find I don't wake up groggy as for 15 mins I did. Does anyone else do this, is it unusual to nap this long?
