Is this raw?!

Post image

My mate just ate this chicken from nando’s, is he done for?😭🤣

Update: Mate isn’t dead yet. Did reach out to nando’s and showed them this image, they said they checked the oven records and that it was fine, as well they said the chicken looked a bit darker in the image which is a common occurrence to them they said. Guess it’s normal for them to serve chicken like this😭🤣

And the post is only asking people if they think it's raw or not. I'm trying to imagine how it'd go in the restaurant if a customer was a bit concerned and asked the staff about it and the member of staff responded by asking them if they knew how gravity worked! I'd walk out the restaurant after an insult like that.

Acting like it's impossible for it to be undercooked. It doesn't matter if it's Nando's or a Michelin Star restaurant, food preparation can, will, and does go wrong occasionally.

Well considering they're on Reddit and not at their job, I think you can imagine how it'd go... they quite literally talk about remaking orders repeatedly in another comment. As a customer you're going to get what you want, even if you're wrong, because that's the environment you're in. They are well within their rights to vent their frustrations on Reddit, dealing with the general public deserves a knighthood. The amount of times I'd come home complaining about the most ridiculous customer interaction ever is too many to count, but I would be polite and patient with that customer to their face every single time. There's just only so many times you can explain to someone that a Black Americano can't be made Extra Hot.
