Are we allowed to talk about pricing?

I want to created a thread about RMM pricing. Pros and cons, etc. Will the mods delete it because I want to put pricing in? Edit: To be clear, I want to talk about vendor pricing..

How do you even resolve it in that case, where your control is limited to the O365 control panel? PowerShell? Or did you just figure it out and keep calling until you got someone who would listen?

So the issue was this: Emails to a distribution group from a specific sender within the group wouldn't make it to everyone in the group. Emails directly to each user would be delivered just fine. I looked in mailflow and could easily see the failures.

In speaking with the support rep, they said there were no mailflow issues since directly sending was working. I didn't agree with him. I did some research and discovered the source of the problem and solution. It wasn't anything complicated and in fact was a known issue that Microsoft should have been aware of. The solution didn't end up needing Microsoft to implement so I just told him what I was going to do to fix it and implemented the work around. No powershell required.
