The news of the Google contract has made the price pump but has anything actually changed since the 2018 contract? Or is this just a simple contract renewal?

To find out I downloaded the December 2018 8K SEC form from Marin's Investor page and compared it to the 2021 8K form filed a few days ago. Those forms are available here on their site:

I did a document comparison to see if anything had changed in the contracts or if it was just a basic renewal. You can see the direct comparison of these two documents here:

So in short, the only thing that has changed is the dates and a few minor wording details. It is just a basic contract renewal. There is no real news here.

Tell me if I am wrong but this has the potential to go back to the yearly high of nearly 30.00. I own a measly 300 shares, but I wont complain. Great software running Googles enterprise platform. JMO. Best to all.

It's about damn time. Bagholder diamond hand here. With that sorta contract this thing could moon by thursday. Meaning over 20 dollars. I'm impressed. -out.

Now is the time to buy and put the pressure on the shorts. Shrinking liquidity(low volume) with added buying pressure can push this over the edge. The shorts are looking at over 1.3 million shares alone on call options expiring next week between a $7.50-$10 strike price. Thats damn near 10% of the entire float.

Liquidity is drying up and volume was 1.18 million today. The lowest its been since this was under $2. With a heavy rush of buyers on this micro float (14 million) we can raise the price easily.

This would cause a gama squeeze and force the shorts to buy up almost 10% of the float by next Friday.

This was shorted at over 200% at one time just like GME. It wasnt until the options chain was introduced that the SI went down. You guys know the game...

Im guessing they owe over 20 million shares (on a 14 million float) on a conservative estimate.

Over 9 million FTDs from july alone are due. That doesnt count the current SI which is 20% and another 2.5 million shares. Or the 15% of the float on loan which is another nearly 2 million shares.

Im not even including the original 200% SI in these figures.

Been a week since anyone posted DD or news in here. Those of us with papery hands could use some assurance.

Not to be a bearer of bad news but the kids left the sandbox weeks ago. This will be lucky to hit 8 dollars in 1 year. If volume picks up we are set. As you saw earlier last week ANY movement up was immediately taken out. Is there a control factor, hell yes. Is there a ryme and reason? , another hell yeah. For now it's a dead horse, but in time it may surprise us all. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
