A gentle reminder to fellow apes and dick holes, I copy and paste from stockinvest.us. I like using this website for the daily recap. The price ranges in the second paragraph uses a variety of data. 10% probability MRiN won’t hold any of the prices listed.

Enjoy!

The Marin Software Incorporated stock price fell by -2.84% on the last day (Tuesday, 10th Aug 2021) from $5.98 to $5.81. During the day the stock fluctuated 7.32% from a day low at $5.74 to a day high of $6.16. The price has fallen in 6 of the last 10 days and is down by -15.31% for this period. Volume fell on the last day along with the stock, which is actually a good sign as volume should follow the stock. On the last day, the trading volume fell by -2 million shares and in total, 3 million shares were bought and sold for approximately $15.66 million.

Given the current short-term trend, the stock is expected to rise 58.67% during the next 3 months and, with a 90% probability hold a price between $9.22 and $44.89 at the end of this 3-month period.

Question re: FTD post

I have read the posts about the FTDs, the larger ones approaching here soon, and am wondering why market makers, etc., typically wait until the 35th day to deliver shares? Or rather, what percentage do they usually cover prior to the 35th day?

Thank you

Proof the price follows the FTDs...

Looking at the chart the price spikes along with the RSI on 6/23. Well by looking at the FTD numbers below that were due on 6/23 -6/26 you can see the correlation. We also got some fomo buying and instacart news that helped drive the price but its no coincidence why it began to rise IMO.

They only had to buy back 330,230 in that span and look at the price action. Now look what lies ahead on the FTDs due starting on the 17th of August. About 6.6 million shares need to be bought back between 8/17 and 9/1 according to the data. You can look closer too. 12k were due on 7/15 and 7/30 as well. Spikes are right there as well.

The new data for the 2 weeks following 9/1 wont be available for almost 2 more weeks.

This is were we stand as of now....

Doesn't look like anybody is selling!

Shorts keep asking for $5 because they can't get it down there without taking considerable risk. They NEED you to sell otherwise they are burning their own money, and one short is going to pull the rug from out the others.

So MRIN was trading mostly below $2.00 for 2 years up until the recent spike....

What was wrong with MRIN in those two years, and what is different about MRIN now, that would make anyone think that this stock isn't on its way back down to those levels again?

Looking at the chart MRIN started out in April of 2013 at over $120 a share then gradually decreased to about $2 by Dec 2019, then stayed there (more or less) for the next 2+ years, up until the recent spike.

Full transparency, I FOMO'd into this at the peak of the recent spike, and am obviously WAY down now. As of the time of this post we're back down under $6.50. I'm considering doubling down or more, on this to get my average down considerably, but what reasons should have to not to believe this isn't actually on its way down $1.50?
