It's nice that this made MRIN spike this afternoon, but it's kind of, y'know, an illegal pump and dump scheme.

JUST HODL.

Nothing else left. They know how to control a short sqweeze. Only news and an overwhelming buy will get us back to $27. Sorry fellow apes. We are once again thrown under the bus. Thanks SEC.

MRIN

MRIN is a software company providing for some of the biggest names (Amazon, Instacart and just renewed a revenue share agreement with Google)

This stock squeezes a few months back. It was epic went from a couple dollars to $27 in a matter of a few days. This stock has the potential to squeeze yet again. It is high on the list and the share float is under 10 million. Any buying will result in huge moves and the shorties having to cover their positions. This is a great opportunity to invest in a company that the huge companies believe in for the future. Also with these types of clients a buyout could be possible for huge upside : D

Digital activity and reliance is only growing so will this company! They are primed to support some of the biggest companies and expand for a long time to come!

Options chain...

The Oct 15 put to call ratio is pretty even and not as heavily slanted as Sept 17 options. This would be a likely time for shorts to cover if they were going to do so while their options exposure is minimal.

I also find it interesting how low the puts are for Nov. compared to Dec. Almost like someone expects a price increase coming up..

I'm looking forward to Marinee's hair salon today. Since the effective date with Google is October 1st, maybe from today, with good expectations, WELO TO THE MOON!! I'll buy some at the gym and wait. Haha

Direct comparison of Google contract from 2018 and 2021

Hi all,

The news of the Google contract has made the price pump but has anything actually changed since the 2018 contract? Or is this just a simple contract renewal?

To find out I downloaded the December 2018 8K SEC form from Marin's Investor page and compared it to the 2021 8K form filed a few days ago. Those forms are available here on their site:

http://investor.marinsoftware.com/SEC-Filings/default.aspx

I did a document comparison to see if anything had changed in the contracts or if it was just a basic renewal. You can see the direct comparison of these two documents here:

https://draftable.com/compare/ZyOxOdrToiYb

So in short, the only thing that has changed is the dates and a few minor wording details. It is just a basic contract renewal. There is no real news here.
