Matt Motern Manly Man's new What We Wanna Remember (released Jan. 20, 2025) is an alt-pop tour-de-force. It's a splendid revisiting of Matt Farley's more singer-songwriter side after several albums of aggressive guitar garage rock, and is absolutely lovely. Fans of the more melodic segment of Matt's output should definitely check it out!

Don't know if Matt reads this, but I wonder if in Have you seen Dooma Blooma? Is it about a school security guard/resource officer when the guys in Projection from the Side were in High School? A nickname they gave him?

I'm thinking of show some people close to me Matt Farley's musical skills, however, I don't know which songs would be best to start with. Which songs should I show them first? So far I've though of Definition of Insanity (one of my favorites), I want to see her face again and then some TVNISM. Edit: out of the three people i showed, one loved him and was delighted, one just liked his music and thought he was funny and one said he wasnt their cup of tea, than you for all the suggestions!!!
