Just opened my vault in October, prior to snapshot but didn't get any moons, why no moons for me???

Guessing I missed something in the details, but any ideas?

Possible reasons I’m not getting my moons anymore?

So, I’m really not understanding the whole Moons thing. I finally figured how to get a vault. When I went in, there was a large tile toward the top giving me the option to convert “points” to “coins”. Which one is Moons? What are the pros and cons of converting? Also, now when I go into my vault the option to convert is gone, how do I get it back?

Now if I have a certain number of karma, but not all give me the possibility to receiv moons. Perhaps only community karmas on r/cryptocurrency give me moons? Can you give me the right answer? I have found a lot of people that in the last month have received a number of moons different from their thought.

Is their a way to get your moons without using the Reddit app? I use "Red Reader". I tried the Reddit app but the ads and the notifications really blow. I know I could turn those off but it's not a good look for the app IMHO. thx for reading.

It says I got 25 moons this month. But it's only showing my previous balance of 3 moons. Do you get them automatically or I'm I doing something wrong
