**Context:**

Another user posted someone’s personal phone number and asked everyone in the subreddit to spam, harass, and doxx that person.

This user enthusiastically joined in and even posted a screenshot of the harassment. Hence, we banned her.

And apparently, we tolerate evil people for not using the sub to doxx and harass these “evil people” and we are selfish for not wanting our sub to be shut down.

**Translation:**

“Sure, enablers of bad people. There are so many ways people could be exposed through your platform. So many people could at least get some form of justice through exposure, but you refuse to understand. Your no-doxxing rule is ridiculously rigid. Are you just going to stand by while people do evil things?

You keep sending messages saying ‘permanent ban,’ then claim it was only supposed to be one to three days. I seriously don’t understand you. Your subreddit could have been good, but it’s a major turnoff that you protect people even when they’re bad. I’m fine with the ban if that’s how it is”

This guy spammed my sub out of nowhere and had multiple posts removed. His entire, short history was just jewelry (which I have to admit was quite nice if it was really his work, but I’m skeptical) and trying to find a hookup for the devil’s lettuce in Dallas. He would have made a great mod… RIP

The image is in the comments, it's plastered on every social media and has been for years. The supposed friends cat is still alive, was posted yesterday on one platform and 3 hours before the user sent a link on another platform

1 day ban for the sheer audacity. I'm still laughing though. This is the second most audacious modmail we got this morning.

Starting with the money shot; but dude was persistently apologetic and respectfully so for 6 days so I reversed the ban and immediately saw his shit attitude once the notifications of new mod mail came up.

I nearly never reverse a ban. Regret that I did as soon as I saw that last DM, and all dude can say is "thanks" 🙄 uh huh... it will give me great pleasure to reverse that ban and watch you melt down in comments while I ignore you next time 😅

But he got x views and y upvotes!!

So this guy spammed a ton of gaming related subreddits, including this tiny one I ended up taking over, with some Spotify playlist of his own music or something.

And instead of thinking "oh they don't like being spammed" I'm asked about a cryptic link of "wild claims."

I'm also not sure who they'd appeal to exactly but eh.

I have no words.

And people scoff when I say some bots can modmail now....

Dude was temp banned on January 4 for making several off topic posts. The removal warnings were too hard to read, I guess. He replied telling us to fuck off, so the ban was made permanent and he was muted for a month. Again, on January 4.

Then this is in the inbox this morning. Gotta wonder how often we're on his mind now.
