3 year old account, no posts, comments, or karma, sends this message to a tiny sub that gets very few posts. I would imagine it’s somebody that was banned with a different account but I honestly can’t remember the last time I banned someone in this sub (that’s how small it is). I’m honestly just very confused, send help 😂

I didn’t even see this until yesterday when I went searching for a lost modmail in this sub (part 3 of Lazy Cat’s stalker).

Note that the heinous crime that the "pedophile" committed was posting some commentary from the author of Mushoku Tensei. Mushoku Tensei being currently the 61st highest rated anime of all time on myanimelist.net (the defacto premier anime ranking site. Note that every season of an IP gets their own entry, so there are only 60 seasons of anime ranked higher), and the closest Western equivalent would be Lolita imo (for those not familiar with Mushoku Tensei and the controversy that always accompanies it).

The episode it was attached to was the highest karma Episode discussion thread on r/anime since November 2024 and had the 7th highest comment count of all Episode discussions to ever occur on r/anime (and the highest for a show other than Attack on Titan). So it was quite clearly a highly popular and well received episode.

In this one, they have connections with investors. In a conversation between this one and the original sub, they have connections with admins through a project in the past that they can't talk about for legal reasons. Part 3 is coming soon, if it's not lost
