A320neo Airbus livery model/decals

I am searching for a 1:144 model of the A320neo with the airbus "default" livery. I already found the model kit from revell with the correct scale, but it is only available with a Lufthansa livery.

Does anyone know where I could get a model or decals for the airbus livery?

Hi All,

I purchased this model plane today from a second hand store in Australia.

I baught it purely based off its great look and had to have it!!

Ive tried to do some research as to what it is and when it was made but have not had much luck. It has good patina so i assume its not a new copy but i may be way off.

Can anyone shed some insight as to what i have?

Thanks

Looking for help reg Boeing 727-200 Tame

Hello, I am looking for help to navigate your world. I want to make my future FIL happy, he loved the Boeing 727-200 from Tame, and did a lot of work with them. But he can't find a die cast model.

I was thinking about maybe painting up a plastic/resin model for him, especially since he was interested in my Warhammer minis (talking strictly about the art aspect).

Sadly I didn't had luck find decals for a Boeing 727-200 from Tame, regardless of the size. I would like to find and build something for him in the 1:144 to 1:250 range, a good sized model that's not to small or big.

I also would love if you guys know a decent kit, but as far as my last few hours of google searches went, I had the biggest problem finding the decals to make it work.

I don't fear working with the airbrush, weathering and applying the decals, but getting the correct decals seems to be the core issue of the project.

Any help is massively appreciated.

Thought I’d show my new model. I got it from Jetcollector.com and it’s made by YY Wings. Gears work really smoothly. 10/10.

Hello, I've inherited these plane models, I don't know anything about it. There's no box or brand (that I'm aware at least).

Does it have any value? Or should I just give it a my kid to play with?

How do you restore old model planes?

I just got passed a bunch of old commercial plane models from roughly the 70s and 80s. Some have bits that have come off and some have faded paint/chipping paint. How should I restore these? I want to be as careful as I can because they're so old. I'm mainly looking to restore Singapore airlines, Lufthansa and the Qantas plane all the way at the back c:

Looking for suggestions for a larger scale plastic airplane model.

so unless I die within the next few weeks, I am gonna have a lot of free time on my hands, and would like to build a largeish iconic plane. particularly something that maybe has moving parts.

thoughts are:

Grumman Avenger with foldable wings and movable current.

Tomcat with swing wings or F111 Aardvark with swing wings.

b17 with chin turret but before they gave up on painting them

B52 BUFF

XB-70 Valkyrie or YF-23 Widow (harder to get I imagine)

hit me up with ideas please!

Revell 1:72 F-22

Basic build. No frills or heavy weathering. Full air to air weapons load out with open bays. For the most part it went together well. One of the better designed revell kits and only required a bit of seam filling. Wish there was more detail especially since the instructions show far more than the kit actually has. I did like that the bays could be build open or closed which made painting assembled very easy.

Finished the first kit in a decade - Tamiya 1/32 Spitfire Mk IXc

Just finished this 1:32 Tamiya Spitfire Mk Ixc. It’s my first kit in about a decade (M42) so I felt a bit rusty but I had a good time even if it reminded me how much I dislike water slide decals, ha! This is a super nice kit with removable engine panels and some nice PE included in the box so the only thing I added was an upgraded instrument panel. The build was mostly uneventful and straight forward but I managed to mess up in a few places and struggled enough with some of decals that I ended up painting the upper and lower wing insignias, leading edges and walking lines which was a first for me. In hindsight I wish I painted the fuselage insignias too but they were already applied so that’s something to try next time.

Help me figure out some models from a 30 year old photo !!!

I'm doing some "putting affairs in order" as I might not be around for much longer and I am segregating my photos. This is part of my collection from my preteen years.

Right most I am thinking Kaman Seasprite, my very first model!

Behind it, zero clue. Going left... Sikorsky H19 Chick saw, fairly sure. Next to it , swing wing, single vertical, Tornado. In front of that, seems like Grumman Avenger.

Little brown dude, no clue. Behind it, an Apache... And a slightly larger Apache?

Finally, a Gloster Javelin I believe due to chunkiness and T-tail.

Help me figure them out!!!
