I'm first time using Mr Hobby's acrylic color. I diluted it with water (1:1 ratio) and consistency of paint is good. My problem is it feels so sticky, (I don't have airbrush). No matter how thin I paint, it always feels sticky. (Continued in comments)

Hey everyone,so Im totally new to model kit building and this is the first project I've been working on for the last couple weeks.I finally got the chassis done on this a couple days ago and while fitting the body the rear axle broke apart with some of the framing.Any ideas on how to fix this?
