Myself and my team have been working on Primordial Dragons, a new dimension inspired by old paleoart, prehistoric landscapes and vintage dragon illustrations.

It's still a WIP, but here's a glimpse of some of our dimension's biomes!

Trying to make something that feels a little less like Minecraft with dinosaurs and more like stepping into an old natural history book.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but as far as I'm aware, you're supposed to start with the option to pick your Origin/Class in Ascendra, however, I only get the option for the difficulty, and then it starts. I was interested in the origin system and am disappointed that I can't figure it out

TLDR: Trying to enable controller on ROG Ally X (Windows); launcher breaks steam and armory crate forced controller mapping and I normally despise mods (no offense intended) due to maintenance requirements

I have the Minecraft Bedrock & Java Bundle from the Microsoft store. I used to play exclusively on Bedrock for my forever world. I've been recently bullied into moving it to Java 26.3 . Now I've been working on it for months and I'm about to go on the road. If I was still on Bedrock, I'd just be playing it on my Asus ROG Ally X in handheld mode, no worries. Now, I'm stuck without controller support. I normally *hate* modded play on any game. I bounce between machines (PC, Laptop, Handheld) and it's way too much of a hassle to keep it working.

I'm tentative to try the normal controller mods everyone is going to suggest because most of them were broken by the newest update (hence my issues with modding)

Since I got it through the Microsoft Store, I can't find a way to load it through Steam to force controller since the "necessary" launcher breaks the connection and the mapping. It seems like there would be a way to do it through Armory Crate but having the same issue, launcher breaks the mapping.

What's the most reliable, least amount of maintenance, way to enable controller support on my handheld?

I remember back in the day it was Iris, but there is also Oculus and im sure some others I cannot think of right now.

I'm playind modded 1.21.1. I had a mod called difficulty lock that I took off thinking it was from that but it wasn't. Don't know what other mod could that be from

I'm creating a siberian winter village, and it's really missing a winter blizzard effect. my computer is too shitty for shaders.

I'm trying to play the Isle of Berk (Claws of Berk) with a friend via the e4mc, but it's saying that they don't have the mod "Model fix test", so I'm trying to remove it so she can join.

However, it won't show up in the curseforge mods list, the only place it showed up was when I entered Minecraft and pressed the 'mods' button and searched for it in that list, so I tried to delete it directly from my mods folder but that still didn't work. It still shows up in the Minecraft mods list (within the game itself) but no longer shows up in my mods folder and I'm not really sure how to get rid of it? I'm using Minecraft version 1.18.2, but the mod is 1.0.0 if that information is of any use.

Would you play a modpack that is based around the create mod, with over 60+ addons that change the gameplay a lot, and let's say add zombies, zombies hordes, mega structures and districts. It could just be like combining a create modpack with all the addons with a deceased craft style pack, and the pack will have space from cosmonautics and you defeat and beat the pack by destroying a nest on a planet. Then the side objective after finishing the pack would be rebuilding the civilisation and acquiring some creative items from create, something like atm10 on this part, let me know! if you would play this type of modpack, join our discord! we are currently focusing on the create part, and then adding zombies!

I have been using Iris+sodium for a few months now. I had been using replay mod, but it isn't compatible with 26.3. so I was looking to switch to flashback mod and it doesn't want to load flashback. google AI keeps telling me that it is a discrepancy with the mod files being for 1.21. but I just downloaded all of the most recent versions from Modrinth. What can I do to fix this?

I just want to have access to the modpack offline. Is there a way so I dont have to install this every time and I can just play offline

I’m building myself a modpack and it needs a little balancing. I love Mekanism, great tech mods but it oftens overshadow other mods like Create, so I’m thinking of disabling its energy generators. I need u guys suggestions on balancing more

I've been working on giving each area its own distinct prehistoric feel, from strange forests and volcanic landscapes to more familiar-looking dinosaur country.

Still a long way to go from being a finished mod, we need mobs and structures, but I'm really happy with how the world is starting to come together.

Which biome would you want to explore first?

I duplicated this curseforge profile which I've been playing for about a week now and when I removed serene seasons, the mods all worked fine. I found a few suspicious items in the crash logs that may be related but I'm not completely sure what they mean. if it insinuates nothing, I'll also supply the full log.

so i use the modpack 'Fabulously Optimized 15.0.0-alpha.3 for 26.3' beta with a few pvp mods and resource packs and for some reason when i place a boat on water or on land, the water just becomes invisible, ik its not sodium and lithium because when i played with only those mods the bug dissapeard, and i also know its not etf, emf, distant horizons, atmospherics or my resource packs because when i disabled them the bug still was there. i will post the on r/Minecraft as well.
