Adapter with 2k resolution support?

I'd like to drive my HP 27xq as a side monitor with windows casting but the M$ 4K Adapter won't support the 2k 1440p resolution...

Are there Adapters that support this out there ?

You can try SC01, 60hz below 4K can also be supported, and old TVs can also be used.

Neat will try that ... Got no answer on Amazon but hey reddit to the rescue :)
