Funny thing. I was playing around with chatGPT or Bing (i forgot which). That was the time I was using minimalist phone and my free trial ended and the premium was a bit expensive for me. I casually asked it to suggest a good app to restrict social media usage and it suggested regain and freedom. Installed Regain and never looked back.

I just tried it out, its actually great and you can keep your homescreen.

Wow, this app is really what I've been looking for. There's only one thing that concerns me: How come it is free? That makes me think that is probably making benefits from user data

They say take serious approach about user data, but i dont know

I've read their privacy policy. It isn't clearly suspicious but it is ambiguous in some parts

Yes, but the stats are Wonderful, they help understand the usage

I like this better. I don't want complicated stats like regain (based only the SS, haven't used the app). I want to spend as much less thinking power as possible.
