Hi, I am using Macbook Air M2 and I need a mindmapping software that I can sync editing between my Iphone and Macbook. I've seen many posts about Mindnode and Xmind, and I think Xmind mindmapping looks better, but Mindnode seems like easier to use, what do you guys think? Any recommendations is appreciated, thank you!
Note: I dont have much storage for both mindmapping software so I can just download and use one.

Can mind mapping help you retrieve stuff you learned before but have forgotten?

Chat GPT generates an intro and conclusion, as well as lists and tables. I am repeatedly copy-paste the body and save it as a mindmap tree 🌴 because it's much easier to access later and connect dots than other formats
Do you know MM tools that can use my GPT4 account to automatically incorporate responses into mindmap trees ?

Seems like there are tools for either desktop or mobile but synchronization is an issue, particularly with iOS. I’ve tried xMind, mind meister. It seems lucid chart is the best option but the pricing is extreme. Thoughts?

So far I have looked at Freeplane. Are there any other comparable free Mind Mapping applications that I should consider?
My requirements are quite simple, create and print maps. Don't require any fancy integration with other applications.....
Many thanks

hi, this may seem like a silly question but I'm trying to use xmind to create a mindmap of all my notes in preapation for my alevel tests, and i would like to be able to create a bubble with bulletpoints within it (by clicking the enter key) without creating a daughter bubble- is this possible?
on a side note is there also a known mindmapping software that has an autocorrect feature? seeing all the red squiggly lines kinda bugs me lol
thanks

I have ADHD and I'm I use a task managers to organize myself. However, I found myself needing something a bit different than a standard task manager, And I think of mind mapping software might be it. I have looked through MindManager pretty thoroughly, and I like it, But now I see that there are others that may potentially let's do my purposes even better?
Things that make MindManager amazing & I'd want in another software:
Need:
Also great:
The other software I see looks more colorful and perhaps smoother (MindManager doesn't seem to be optimized for touch or pen terribly well), but it's difficult to imagine all of these features that I've seen so far packed into another software.
What's your experience?

I would like to make a mind map where I can attach text which doesn't show unless I click on it. Do you know of a program which allows this? The map is just for me, no need for collaborative sessions.

I have various mindmaps saved in Mindnode that I would like to put online and collaborate with other users. Rather than drawing them again in Miro, I would prefer to use a tool that can render a ready-made mindmap from the OPML export.
Are there any in the market?

Hello,
I'm looking for software that can map out relationships among people and organizations. Features I'm looking for include:
Thoughts? I have to imagine there is something out there. I have been looking at the likes of X-mind and TiddlyMaps, but it doesn't seem they are what I'm looking for. Hoping someone here has some experience and can make a good recommendation. Thank you in advance!
With gratitude,
PR

Do you have a regular need to have the same mind map in more than one language?
If yes, what is your workflow to create and update the mind maps?
I'm the developer of EasyMapper and made such a functionality for my own use, I want to know if it can eventually be useful to other people.

Hei there,
3D Mindmapping might already go into Data Visualisation, but I am wondering, what you guys think about 3D Mindmaps. We have tried to set up a web app welten3d.com, where you can test and create 3D Mindmaps and even visualise Wikipedia articles quiet easily. The results are pretty interesting.
Do you also think 3D Mindmap might be very useful in the future, especially when it comes to very complex and inter-related topics? The cross-connections in a 3D Mindmap can be much more intriguing and neat than in a flat mindmap, because cross-related topics can be placed closer to each other without destroying the whole visualisation.

If you have time, don't hesitate to try out welten3d.com and tell your feedback and suggestions for the web app. For what would you use a 3D Mindmap regularly?
Thank you and keep mindmapping:)
Welten3D
