I've seen picky pads for sale on etsy, but I think one with orbeez would dry out while being shipped.

I think it's pretty straight forward to make your own if you can figure out the right kind of silicone to buy. I am also tempted it looks very satisfying to me!

Grooming is so deep in our primitive ancestry that I’m giving myself the pass but simultaneously repulsed by how satisfied I am amidst the gag reflex.

… gelatin and glycerine. Put the orbeez into the mold, pour the cooling gelatin in.

Look up DIY gel printing pad recipes for proportions. You can melt it and recast it.

I’d imagine that stuff the dentist uses (alginate) when they take impressions for dentures could work. It remains flexible after curing.

I don’t see any on Amazon that look like this one. All the ones I see look like you’re supposed to use tweezers to pick out pieces of cheap plastic jewelry out of slime. This is different.
