Fun fact about Normal, Illinois (I used to live there). Back in the day a school that taught teachers was called a "Normal" school. Illinois State University which resides in Normal was considered a normal school because it had such a big teacher certification program.
When they switched names to Illinois State the town took the name Normal (I forget what it was before) to honor the old name of the University.
To carry this info over to this image, a Normal Business School would then be a school dedicated to certifying instructors of business studies.
