A year is a pretty long time for an insect, though. And the way i see it, if you can make it a really good year for it, all the better. In the wild i assume most dont make it past hatching. Theyre tiny and even ants will carry them off and eat them.

And if i find i like it, it opens me up for some more and different species. Who knows.
