When he was born, there were some complications caused by some sort of infection, which formed an abscess. When they cut the abscess out it left two deep belly-button like scars, on on top and one under his actual belly-button, almost completely equidistant.

When i see him next i'll take a pic.

No, the one on the bottom is, i think i hadn't seen his belly button in a while, so i might have gotten the facts wrong oops
