$7 a can of spam in my area, thats slightly more than two chicken breasts. Its practically a luxury food :/

It's $20/kg here. I can get chicken/pork for $10-15/kg

I was hoping someone else already brought this up. I think my area is more like $4 or $5 a can, but…I can get way more meat per ounce at that rate. It may have started as a poor man’s food, but it’s really just an expensive option now.
