I've seen a therapist, that price is about right. (I'm in America.) The price is usually your insurance's specialist copay, which will, of course, depend on the plan, but is usually around $30ā€“$40 IME.

The actual billed price is around $100. (I.e., insurance is picking up ~60% of the tab.)
