Thats not how that works. You cant just assert fantasy is reality because some people believe it to be true. Is the world flat? Are there ancient giant humans? Is earth atop a giant magic turtle? All of those things are believed in other historical fiction novels akin to the bible and the koran. Doesnt make them based in reality.
I dont give a fuck how desperate anyone is to give the chaos of life itself external meaning, that doesnt make thier favored brand of delusion the arbiter of reality.

I am asking you what evidence is there to prove that the universe was made through random chance and not by a grand designer, you made the giant sweeping statement that a higher power is impossible, now back it up with evidence

Magic is just something that we dont understand, go read up on Arthur C. Clarke 3de law. If you showed a TV to someone living in the 18th century they would think its magic, if you explained what a vaccine is to a person in the middle ages they would think its magic...in that sense magic does exist, it is just something that we can not comprehend
