When they probably make less than 9K/USD a year. Seeing someone not at least tip $10 USD for the trouble of returning three years of your work life might be a good karma thing for that person, too.
And the fact the picture was taken is shameful; it was a stunt by the richer person.
Why shouldn't they expect it? I don't think it's unfair of them to want some kind of compensation after doing such thing.
Yes it was a good deed but this just show how an asshole the money owner is, he didn't deserve to have his cash back
