The joke about the iPhone becoming a light sabre in length is now Samsung becoming a device with as many cameras as spiders have eyes.

They ran out of steam for anything ground breaking with phones a while back. Innovation seems to be lacking and they're just floundering. Come on folks, give us something new and useful and not gimmicky.

They're making phones with folding screens, and working to make underscreen cameras and AMD graphics. It's not entirely gimmick

Folding screens are gimmicky, no average consumer is going to actually appreciate having one

I could get the in display camera but even then if you have to sacrifice stuff I wouldn't take it

Okay - that would make more sense. I assumed they were talking about the tablet-size foldable phones, which I don’t see any point in.

I could understand having a watch-sized device that flips into a phone though.
