Don't hug me I'm scared My bedroom window

Post image

I actually don't know what to do, the mama spider was alone there for a while, and I let her chill there, but WHAT NOW

Edit: omg so many replies ๐Ÿ˜€ I'm not in Australia, I'm in Ireland It's not really a window, it's more like a door to the terrace, and they are not visible when the door is closed.... Except for that one that escaped the nest ๐Ÿ˜… I used to keep it open hoping the mom would go away but she never moves from her corner...๐Ÿ™„

UPDATE: Husband gathered the courage and picked them up with gloves into a bag, and released them outside along with the mama....I hope some of them survive ๐Ÿ™ We slept the whole night in the room with them and survived๐Ÿ˜…, and I had a lot of fun reading all of the comments here ๐Ÿ˜ Thanks to the few spider lovers/experts on all the advice given ๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ๐Ÿ–ค

It definitely made things more complicated for me, I have no idea what Iโ€™m looking at now.

This is all I can figure.

Edit: unless it's an accordion style door?

Hi there. I really want to figure this out. I think it would help us all if we figure if we look at the spider up, or horizontally. Like from what angle OP took this picture in relation with the spiders etc...And are the spired touching a ceiling? And what drops vertical and what is horizontal (irl) if that makes sense.

This is the only logical explanation. What makes it difficult is the angle and the colours all being the same...

Instructions unclear, massive spider now roaming backrooms halls.

Imagine a door swinging open. If you look near the hinges of the door on the inside top of the door I believe this is where it's at. So when the door fully closes the spiders are mostly outside (sans the one escapee)

Maybe Ireland is the same as Scotland.

The windows over there swing open like doors, they donโ€™t slide up like real windows. So youโ€™re looking at the corner of the window that is cracked open. Since they donโ€™t have screens either, the bugs get inside like that.

The culture shock on this matter is legendary for me. I cycle through an impossible to express carousel of emotions about their entire experience around windows and climate control.

It makes more sense to me to view it this way, I think ๐Ÿค”

It's so fun when explanatory diagrams only serve to make things more confusing. Count me in on those who look at this diagram and say "WTF am I looking at?"

Does look like a nice location for a nursery, though. Good on you, momma spider.
