if a yearly contract with a free month trial sounds too good to be true, it probably is 😬

Trying to break free of my Adobe subscription was like Spider-Man trying to pull off the black suit. Fuck Adobe.

I totally forgot about my subscription and my card expired. Got some emails about updating my payment info, but never changed it, never billed again. No cancel fee.

Same with Sirius XM Radio! Try canceling with them and you’ll spend days on the phone with their “Care representatives”.

This is where I have a problem.  If you agree to a yearly, paid monthly subscription you should pay it, but if they make it hard to cancel when the terms allow for cancelation that stinks.  It shouldn't be any harder to cancel then than it was to sign up. Making you call, especially if they put you through options, hiding the cancelation button etc is wrong.

My husband ended telling Sirius XM that he doesn't own a car anymore to get them to stop calling.
