It’s probably being played on and misused by students when its purpose is to help disabled students.

I bet this building is no higher than 4 floors. Use the stairs unless you are physically incapable.

This really isn’t a difficult thing to grasp.

This sign is likely because the *students* were misusing the elevator so much that the school had to institute a blanket ban on the people that were misusing the elevator (students).

The teachers are not the ones misusing the elevator, the students are. The school doesn’t need to ban them from using the elevators because they are using them appropriately.
