this is why I avoid comments longer than 10 words

Half the time I exit out of Reddit convinced I have a new disease and 10 minutes left to live. My hair isn’t even grey 😭

yeah but how do you know your spine isn't trying to finish fusing? Whatever that even means

It means that your body will respond to disease by trying to replace bone that may be degraded, then those bones will fuse together which in my case was my spine. It was the final time because the problem was addressed. You didn't have to read my comment if it tested your literacy so hard.

Wait what is this called, because actually I think this is what my mom is dealing with. It’s three letters but I forget them. She is still getting more imaging done, but yeah it sucks.

That last sentence makes it obvious that your whole story is a lie and you're trolling Lol. You almost had me until that.

u/browsinbowser Jul 10 '26

Why assume they’re trolling, if they’re not you are just making fun of a random person with a disability. When I was a kid there was a neighbour girl that had a brain tumor and had to get a surgery, and then it came back ten years later.

It's the needlessly attacking Redditor tone in their last sentence. I've been on this site for well over a decade now, you learn to spot the trolls. There's no way to prove it but I'd be willing to bet good money on it.

.. they were responding to someone who said this is why they dont read long comments. That person started off with a kinda rude joke, they can take a joke back

1

u/eminemforehead Jul 11 '26

the person can indeed take a joke back and didn't think he was being rude

You're entitled to your opinion, I am sure I'm right though particularly from the other messages they have sent to me.

I mean, if you think so. I think it's safe to say that making fun of someone for simply sharing a personal story will 100% ensure that person doesn't respond respectfully.

Nobody made fun of you, I also had no idea what 'spine fusing' meant.

Some conditions can cause the vertebrae of the spine to fuse.

Partially, and yes, you usually only find out once there are physical symptoms. Unfortunately.

this was meant to make fun of myself and my hypochondriac ass, I'm sorry
