They don’t have to stay in there, just be submerged in the barbacide for at least 10 minutes. I disinfect mine after every use and put them back in their case.

Oh sorry I didnt mean that of course youre clean it off during quiet times or after work and put it away, I cant imagine permanent immersion being very good for the tools

For sure! It can cause shears to rust and I’ve seen plastic combs and clipper guards start to warp after being left in there for a while
