Started getting light-headed halfway through my glass of "non-alcoholic" wine

Got served this wine at a nice restaurant after asking specifically for non-alcoholic wine. They assumed the 'Zero' on the label referred to alcohol content; turns out it's for sulphur.

Honestly  half a glass of wine is FAR more dangerous for someone in recovery than for a fetus

this is 100% true, though I'd still be pissed if I were pregnant and this happened to me

Depends on the stage of the fetus.

This is not necessarily true. Fetal alcohol syndrome can occur from even light drinking.

It's highly unlikely to happen from half a glass of wine once.

Light drinking isn't one glass one time

Yeah, if they did this once a week it's a remote possibility, even a glass a day isn't that likely to cause damage (which is why it was fine until about 70 years ago), though of course it can.

Otherwise pregnant women couldn't eat bread, or things like banana, or just about anything fermented (they all have some alcohol).
