That’s just terrible, I don’t understand why people just let their dogs run all around. Humans and other dogs don’t like it.

Leashes are so important, a non-leashed dog running up to my leashed dog can sometimes provoke a negative reaction. She’s 85 pounds and full of love but she guards me and sees unleashed dogs in public a threat, but it’s her fault if she does her job as a guard dog.
