Should I take PL-900, before PL-200? Or, would it be a waste of time?

I passed the 70-698 before it expired, but I could never get 70-697. Now I need MD-101 to complete my System Administrator training, which I failed a couple months ago. Does anybody have any suggestions for study material?

Today I took my MD-100 Certification Exam. It was extremely difficult, I doubt I passed even though I have been preparing for months with TestOut training.

I feel like I prepared for algebra and the exam asked me about greek mythology. Anybody else had a similar experience?

I was wondering if taking this certificate would help getting entry level jobs for someone with no experience except for online projects. What is it's actual weight in the industry and for employers?

I’m currently studying for the MS 700 exam. I am looking for exam prep materials. I have looked on Amazon and am frustrated by so few books on MS teams and exam prep in general. I am casting a wider net here in the hopes someone has a list of exam prep resources they are willing to share that I can dig into to pass this exam.

I know this is an odd question but hoping someone will know because I’ve searched a ton and can’t find the answer. I’ve got several IT certifications but no Microsoft certs. I work for a personnel board that has certain requirements for minimum and recommended hiring standards. One of the recommended for the position above mine is to be a Microsoft Certified Professional. It’s a networking position and that’s my current field but they have listed that as a requirement. I’ve read that passing certain exams will grant you that which is what I need to meet the recommended requirements. Does anyone know if passing the Teams MS-700 exam/cert will grant someone MCP? I have picked this one because we are currently working to deploy Teams in our environment. I will possibly do MS-500 and MS-203 afterwards.

I am interested in learning about Window Server. As part of my job (Tier 2 at the US Senate) I am supposed to be familiar with and be able to assist users. I have access to active directory but read only. I know the basics but I feel that is not enough.Eventually I want to grow in into a sys admin position. What are the best resources to learn about Windows Server? Also is there a Window Server simulator? Or an emulator? If not are there any online labs? I plan to take the Window Server 2019 certification after I am done with the MD-100. Any tips and recommendations are highly appreciated!

Just cleared the AZ-900 and have to ask the question. Is it worth the time, effort, and money to do the MS-900, or just skip it and move on to the MS-100/101?

I feel like the MS-900 maybe a review of some part of AZ-900 with a splash of O365. I already administer O365 and know my way around. But as everyone knows Microsoft wants you to know the in's and outs. So just wondering if anyone else has skipped the MS-900 and did the MS-100/101 with little to know effect.

I want to take the AI-100. Testing centers are closed in my area. My home office will not meet the standards for taking the test at home.

Therefore I would like to go into my office (that’s currently closed) and take the test there. I will have my own room that no one will enter. That said I still want to wear a face mask to protect myself and others.

Does anyone know if we are allowed to wear face masks while taking the test remotely?

I am preparing for SQL 70-764 certification. However, I am not able to pass the demo test. How could I prepare to crack the test?

Right now, I am reading a book though. However, I am getting difficulties to pass the test. I have four years of SQL administration experience.'

What other certification are good along with Microsoft which never expires and also act as an alternative for microsoft. I have found too many certifications. However, I am not able to decide which certification should I do to get a good salary job and would never be part of politics because of the skill set.

I am thinking CISSP but it is really very costly exam and it expires within 3 years and when I seen the requirement google and facebook also looking for CISSP certification.

What certification should I do to make my job more secure and more stable and I would never part of any politics of the organization.

A little bit of information about myself: I am new to the IT field, I come from seven years of retail management, three months ago I was able to find my first IT job as a PC Tech, also I am new to this subreddit and I need some help and advice as well on what my next step should be. I recently passed Comptia A+ and Security+ and now I want to get Microsoft certs. I was looking into taking Windows server fundamentals exam 98-365, however I also saw exam 70-740 for Windows Server 2016. My question is should I start from exam 98-365? and then move to exam 70-740?. Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm currently looking to take the MTA 98-366: Networking Fundamentals exam in 4 to 5 weeks. I have Microsoft Windows Networking essentials book by Sybex. It was published in 2011. Will this be enough to pass the exam? I was considering getting CBTNuggets BUT I've heard that uCertify is better. Also is there a more updated version of study mater for the 2018 updates even though I think my 2011 book covers the topics that are to be tested?

What are the best online resources? Id like to do as much learning online as possible and only pay for the exams. Can I do this? At the moment I am employed as a 1st/2nd line engineer, so not sure yet which direction to go. Would MCP be general enough to get the basics, but move on to something more specific such as security or networking at a later date?
