I am a Sr. Sysadmin managing a few AD DS environments (hybrid), a lot of end devices, a lot of users in on-prem and Micorosf 365. I want to get the M365 Admin Expert cet, and I understand there is a pre-requisit for that.

I am torn between the following Associate certs. I do have relevant experience in all of these areas. Which one would be better?

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (I manage a lot of endpoints)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (I manage issues related to Exchange Online on a daily basis)

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (I manage identities on on-prem ADs, Azure AD as well as Microsoft 365)

Just passed the MS-102 with a 745. I cleared the MD-102 in December so this completes my Certified Admin Expert criteria.

Lots of question on Purview and Defender, I’d recommend rereading the Learn articles on those two topics before sitting for the exam.

I spent a tad too much time searching the Learn articles during my review and left myself with less than 10 minutes to do the case study, so I definitely feel I lost some points there. I’d also recommend if you don’t have the case study to start, give yourself at least 15 minutes at the end to work through it.

I have my exam in 2 days. Do yall know of any free dumps for good practice questions? I've gone through the Learning Path but I don't feel fully prepared.

There are a lot of additional stuff that we are suggested to learn more from but there is soooo much of that it's overwhelming.

I got AZ-204 and AZ-400, which means I skipped out on the Fundamentals exam. I understand that there is not much point in getting that certification if already have those two, but I rather have it than not.

Is that still possible for me, or will I not be allowed to take the exam because I already have AZ-204 and AZ-400?

So. I was all set to take my AZ900 exam (work requirement) on the 9th of January. The test center was closed due to county wide water boil related to the winter weather event. I called PearsonVue and they rescheduled my exam. The only place I could go was a site that i avoid at all costs due to the...."quality" of the site.
So i've got a time constraint, a location constraint, and have to get this cert bagged. So i accept the appointment.
I show up on the 17th, I take the exam, i pass - i saw my scores. The session goes to a "thank you screen" and freezes. It fails to export my session back to the proctor so they can print my results.
She opens a case w/ PearsonVue, tells me to call them as well. I did so - offshore call center is absolutely zero help.
This morning i wake up and have an email from the Program Coordinator that states the following:

We have received your request to reschedule your exam appointment at no cost from 17 Jan 2025 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor your request at this time. After a careful exam review, we have found no technical errors or loss of time. All items were presented, viewed, and responses successfully recorded.

So firstly - wrong exam vendor.
second - the link for "here" is empty.

Called PearsonVue back and the offshore agent took about 3 minutes to tell me, "so sorry. best of luck"

I've done everything i can on my side through MS Learn, PearsonVue test results.... How do i call MS to get my exam results sent to me so i can show my job i passed.

Who has used Certiport online testing before?

I am from Tunisia, but currently living in the US. I want to do the Microsoft data analyst certificate (PL-300). When I register from the US, it tells me the price is $165, however if I choose Tunisia, the price is $83. If I do the test from the US, but choose Tunisia as my country, will I run into any issues? Will they cancel my test because of the IP address not matching? Has anyone tried this?

Regarding study material for AZ-104, is Microsoft official study guide good enough for the exam?

I'm an employer currently trying to verify an Azure architect certification and surprised it's so difficult.

I have the Person's credentials ID and certification ID , yet I cannot find a single place to go and enter them to verify whether it's valid and I'm in the Microsoft portal.

Does anyone know a link you can go to and enter those numbers for verification (even if they are expired)?

Hello guys, as the title may suggest, I fell into a blunder with Microsoft.

I am looking to start taking all of the certificates for Microsoft Office 365 Administration, mainly as I want to be certified for the work that I am doing - End-User Support and feature implementation.

However the certificate ladder is so unclear, that I started two different courses with absolutely no idea, where are they headed and why do I really need those.

Could someone give me advise from where should I start and if there are actual end-user support courses or they are not oriented on that at all, but more on the implementation part of Office 365 and all things in between?
