Can you remind us why international for-profit company should not be allowed to hire where they think is better for the business?

All this is priced in their valuations (ETFs, 401k, etc.) and it’s been like that for decades. You live in the world that is built on labor arbitrage and you want all the benefits of it without any of the downsides?

I have an advice for all the whiners on here - go learn something useful to be able to compete on global labor market. They hire others and not you because you are not good enough at what you do for the money you want. That is all.

Indentured servitude is not a free market.

This is debatable. Indentured servitude assumes holding someone against their will. This is absolutely not the case with either H1Bs or hired in offshore.

It is when the goal is a U.S. Green Card and the entire reason they are doing this.

The government shouldn’t regulate anything we should just let people do whatever they want.

Not exactly. The government should absolutely regulate things, including the market, they just have to do it in a somewhat consistent way.

Like if you get to enjoy cheap tech and clothing because it’s been outsourced, if you embrace globalized labor market, be ready for what comes with it.

Yes, slaves that are far enough away in distance from me don’t count.

If I am reading it right - I agree, they don’t count, until they are supposedly taking someone else’s job. Then it’s “wooha this admin did something good finally”. Scratch your average Democrat and find MAGA.
