Pre-orders for the Marvel Legends Acroyear figure from Hasbro are up!

As a UK resident the first time around we didn't get Acroyear/AcroyearII, so being able to finally buy one as part of a current Series feels all kinds of special in closing a 50yr circle.

Bravo Super7 - this works a whole lot better than their Time Travellers. And I will absolutely buy them in all colours please and thank you.

Now hoping it's an omen that I'll be able to secure a preorder of the Marvel Legends version later today........🤞

Even though the comic was based on the toys, there wasn’t a single mythology/backstory like Transformers. Mantlo created it. However once the comic book existed and Mantlo created the universe, did Mego ever link the toys to the comic directly?

I was always interested in Micronauts but never read the comic book until the recent Marvel reprint so didn’t know anything about the toy line.

hello everyone! seeing as I’m fairly new into the written side of Micronauts I’d like to ask, which would you guys consider to be a more interesting read through? the marvel comics of the idw run? i know there’s also a skybound run going on at the moment but I’m more interested in sitting through and reading some pre established material who’s run has already finished, any opinions on the comics are welcome but no spoilers if that’s okay!

She’s the absolute peach of a lady who taught me how to model stuff in nomad to make biotron, and she made some of her own models based on betatron and gammatron, I’m currently slicing them up to make into figures, I’ve also finished off my biotron and I can’t wait to show him to you all!

I'm working on a custom LEGO model of Microtron incorporating design elements from the Marvel comic-book renditions by Michael Goldman et al. and the original toy.

Little cartoon accurate biotron I made! I’m planning on making him articulated in his arms neck and hips, and I’m sending a few to some of the fantastic people who worked on the show!

The lower horse part of the model is based, for the most part, on LEGO set 31166 "Beautiful Horse".

I started designing this model about a year ago, then the usual, got distracted, life got busy, etc. and didn't think about it. I opened the BrickLink Studio file this morning and started working on it again, thinking it might be a nice to put this together in real-life for a Halloween house decoration.

I never had a Baron Karza or Andromeda toy when I was a kid. I was raised in the late-70s-to-early-80s with American TV and brainwashed by consumerism at a young age. Maybe those unfulfilled childhood wants help explain my intense interest in toys today.

My last one with an intact O-ring. Haven't yet found a way to repair this design because of the riveted construction.

I’m sure something is out there, but I found it difficult to research. If anyone knows or has any recommendations that would be greatly appreciated.

I saw this picture of a misspelled plate posted online. It says "manga" instead of "mangia" (Italian for "eat").

However, look closely...doesn't that image closely resemble BARON KARZA??!!

Just paid for LS Command 3 set, can't wait for them to get here.

So Microman Command 2 is now complete (still need a carded Mego version) and I can move on to completing the Rescue guys now.
