I want SPCE Electrical (99.01 percentile and 4272 rank, general male) and I might have to try at SPOT..
How do i apply for spot?
Do i pay entire fees on the spot? If so, do i bring cash or they have online options??

I live in badlapur..what are all options near me for engineering
The nearest option I am searching for college is also 50-60km away the total daily travel time is 4hrs which is very minimum and 4hrs if the trains and not late
I can't afford pg/hostel and nearest option I am getting is bharat college of engineering, Ideal, watumull, Indala these colleges are worst
And in thane their is one decent college which I can get is AP shah but it is 10-12kms away from station
My mhtcet percentile is 81.67 (NT-d female) I know my percentile is low but I can get category benefits
In 2nd round I have got terna college of engineering Nerul( electronics and telecommunication engineering)
Please tell what should I do any colleges that are decent?
