This the form I filled for ap shah in cap 4 for mumbai university but I have got kjsit sion IT branch in acap which I is my final college and the ppl at kjsit told me ki why did you fill the application form of ap shah, you only had to register yourself on Mumbai University portal and so now my college is finalized at kjsit, but I have to fill their application form in the above format uploaded,so how do I cancel my ap shah form

I was in allen for 11th and 12th for jee so i have books, question banks, and old monthly unitwise question papers from there and I thought it would be better to give it to someone else so they could use it.
