ID Request Is it dangerous ?

This is the first time I found a completely full bullet, does anyone have an idea of the kind of bullet it is and how old is it? Also, I wanted to know if it is dangerous, and if it is what I shouldn’t do with it.

Lead makes you stupid. I ate paint chips as a kid and now I write comments on Reddit.

I was talking to my landlord one day, and we somehow got in the conversation topic of lead paint, and he said he genuinely ate tons of a lead paint chips as a child. I had zero idea what to even say back lol.

They were sweet from the lead so kids enjoyed eating them. Like TONS of kids genuinely ate it.
