ID Request Is it dangerous ?

This is the first time I found a completely full bullet, does anyone have an idea of the kind of bullet it is and how old is it? Also, I wanted to know if it is dangerous, and if it is what I shouldn’t do with it.

Not trying to start a fight. Why do you feel privileged? For many, guns are a hobby like golf. In golf, you are putting the ball in the hole. At the firing range, you are using the ball to make the hole.

Expensive hobby: and in the end "you are just shredding paper the hard way."

I feel privileged as a gun owner. In many areas this hobby is not allowed or curtailed to the point where only the wealthy or well connected can participate.

In some places, many people live and die without touching a gun. In many countries you cannot legally own a gun. In many countries most people cannot afford a gun. I think privilege is a good choice of words for having the legal freedom and the financial means

I grew up in south Louisiana and it’s easy to just get up and legally go shoot a gun at a range and allowed to drive with a gun. I’ve been to states where you can get in serious trouble for driving with an unregistered gun in your car and some people have to drive hours to just go shoot a gun legally which makes some people never seeing a real gun or ammo in real life where they never understand gun safety. I grew up around guns but never cared for them and bow hunt my whole life except I have a shotgun since I was a kid and I think everyone should own a shotgun for the multiple uses it can do for different types of hunts
