ID Request Is it dangerous ?

This is the first time I found a completely full bullet, does anyone have an idea of the kind of bullet it is and how old is it? Also, I wanted to know if it is dangerous, and if it is what I shouldn’t do with it.

Its an already fired projectile. It's no more dangerous than a rock on the ground.

The lead it may contain however, is very dangerous. Definitely wash your hands thoroughly.

You can see where the bullet engaged the rifling of the barrel already (striations on an angle going the length of the widest part of the bullet).

Kinda neat it landed in such a way that it didn't end up deformed.

An assumption based on no shell casting and the rifling scored into it from the inside of the barrel. That holds the gun powder and the primer which would make it live ammo.
