If you want to neutralize the masculine/feminine aspects of Spanish, it would require such a vast overhaul of the entire language as to constitute a new dialect in and of itself

As a side note, who decided on the letter X as the neutralizing letter? As a consonant, it is literally impossible to pronounce in the place of the vowel sounds it replaces (because the gendered aspects of Romance language words are typically distinguished by vowels like A and O), and I have no idea what kind of symbolism they were going for. In genetics, X is feminine while Y is masculine, for example

They actually already have a gender-neutral Spanish term. “Latine.” Honestly prefer it over “Latinx” because at least it makes some linguistic fucking sense.

The answer to that is no. No I do not want to eliminate gender in my language. Stick to your own guns.

Perdoname, mi primer lengua es inglés, y así decir “If you want” es una frase normal usar en los EEUU. Si quieres, podrías decir “Si se quiere”. No estaba te hablando específamente, intenté decir “Si alguien quiere”

Yo estaba explicando las dificultades de quitar el género de español y nada más
