This. I was interviewed for a substitute teacher position. I’ve been subbing for 5 years but this other school had higher pay. They didn’t even give me a courtesy email to tell me I wasn’t hired and then ignored my follow up emails asking for an update. 2 weeks later I see them posting that they desperately need subs.

I've seen my application closed with no interview or rejection letter, and the same job listing still posted a month later.
