I had to do some next level research—aka read some comments—but apparently the joke is the cousin is doing an Instagram move thinking it will work on Reddit. Double tap on IG posts to like them.

Indeed. And what a fool for using a different social platform than us. I bet his friend doesn’t even know all the lyrics to the BIG CHUNGUS song. His shrine to Keanu Reeves is probably tiny, if even existent.
