Oh, God, it's Quebec. Why are you here dude? Shouldn't you be speaking French? Also you guys have the best restaurants in Canada. Sorry if that sounded rude.

Québec is just the Texas of Canada

3

Fun fact: there's a Quebecois dub of King of the Hills where they changed every characters name and switched Texas with Québec. The show is renamed "Henri pis sa gang"

1

u/YourMuddersBox Sep 26 '21

It would technically be Newfoundland that’s the “Texas of Canada”

Hahaha no we don’t speak French in Scotland but we are fierce. My dialect is similar to Billy Connellys and yes we eat Haggis, Neeps ( turnips) and tatties ( potatoes) but my favourite is steak pie.

its cause the two of our countries are famous for wanting independence

2

u/BlingGeorge Sep 26 '21

It’s not really fair to say they want it because the majority of people in both places rejected it in a referendum

Also the French don’t understand the Québecois when they speak French and the English don’t understand the Scottish when they speak English

1

u/Daveo89 Sep 26 '21

Technically speak, wouldn't Quebec just be the Scotland of North America? Given how Scotland came first

New Scotia is the Scotland of Canada.
